The Igence ACES program has been supplying System, Domain and/or Software Engineer specialists to our Defence customers for several years to support them in securing contract engineers with the specialist skillsets that they urgently require. This enables our customers to meet critical bandwidth demands on project, or acquire niche specialist skills to complete one off projects.

 

Each client that we work with usually has their own unique approach and process for ‘onboarding’ contract engineers. Igence takes a pro-active approach to this by firstly understanding our clients’ processes, building a good brief, and then working hand-in-hand to streamline the experience and make it run as smoothly, quickly and as painless as possible for both our customers and our contract engineers alike.
