Information for Recruitment Consultants
From December 2008, Igence will not be handling unsolicited calls, email or post from recruitment agents. Instead we are looking for between one and three agents to partner with over the coming year. We wish to work with agencies who have a similar ethos as ours and therefore offer a personal, adaptable service, whilst commanding extensive knowledge of the market along with a successful track record.
If you are serious about working with igence, please submit a short proposal by Friday 14th November, outlining how you would best satisfy our recruitment needs along with the costs involved. In particular, the proposal should detail the sources you will use to find candidates and explain how you can attract as many top candidates as we currently receive using multiple agents.
